It all started on January 10th, 2023 when I bought Cornudas, Texas from Jeff Campbell. The previous owner Jeff had taken over the property from the famous May Carson. When I purchased the property from Jeff, there was A LOT of work to be done... As seen in the video above, I walked into the property for the 1st time sight unseen. When I was purchasing the property, I was allowed ZERO inspections. I bought Cornudas AS IS, with the hope that nothing catastrophic was wrong. My team and I walked onto the property and there was still lettuce, tomatoes, and onions in the refrigerator (rotting away I must add!). Jeff had simply got up and left, only bringing with him the most important personal belongings. The rest was up to me. He left me the Cornudas cats, appliances, gift shop items, Cafe items, bottles of wine, and even a safe full of $2500 on the back porch. I am over $1 million into the property... can we make it work?!
