On the 1st Saturday of EVERY month, Cornudas Texas brings out the smokers for a homemade BBQ! Featuring brisket, ribs, sausage, and more. We smoke our meats all night on site. A variety of sides including jalapeno ranch beans, potato salad, green beans, mac and cheese, and others are offered.

Enjoy a 2 meat, 2 side plate at an affordable price while listening to live music in the town of Cornudas. Folks are welcomed to stay overnight. Plates begin to roll off the smoker at 12pm MST. Live music performances from new artists every month usually begin around 3pm.
